1. By what time must I book in order to get next day delivery?
   By 2 O'clock, but you will be e mailed with a dispatch date, you will receive you purchase on the next day.
   
   
2. Is there time to book before Christmas?
   The next day delivery will still get your purchases before Christmas if it is dispatched on 21st December by express delivery. This may be subject to change, so look out for notices on the dispatch screen
   
   
3. Are the products tested on Animals?
   No, the products are not tested on animals.
   
   
4. Can these products be purchased in the shops?
   Yes, but no shop has such an extensive range as us. Superdrug, Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda are all retailers of some of this range.
   
   
5. Has the company been in business long?
   Yes. The company has been in business for more than 30 years
   
   
6. Is the stock manufactured ethically?
   The stock is manufactured to the highest standards and factories are checked to ensure that they do not employ children, that they have an equal opportunities environment and that local employment laws, including wage rate laws, are adhered to.
   
   
7. If my stock is faulty, how do I proceed?

8. What is a bath bomb?
   A bath bomb is a ball of fizzing fun, bigger than a golf ball, and smaller than a tennis ball, that you place into your full bath. It fizzes and leaves a beautiful fragrance, for a perfect bath experience.
   
   
9. Will the stock that is available now always be available?
   No. The wash company makes a point of renewing and progressing every line of stock. Some lines will stay similar from one season to the next, others (especially gifts) will change. So avoid disappointment and buy now!
