Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery
   
   There are two methods of delivery:
   
   

   	Cost per 6kg
   Normal :	£5.99
   Express :	£11.99
   Saturday :	£15.99

   
   
   
2. Returns
   
   
   1. If you change your mind about your order, you can change your mind within one month for an exchange or a refund.

      Return your package to:

      The package must be in perfect condition and the product unused. You are responsible for all postage costs.
      
      
   2. If the product is in any way faulty, follow the same procedure, except that you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will review the product and if it is indeed faulty we will refund you the full cost and the postage costs as well, or send you a replacement and refund the return postage costs. Please get a certificate of posting (free from post office). We will not accept “lost in the post” as an excuse.
      
      
3. Stock Availability
   
   We do not anticipate stock availability problems, but if there are, we will contact you and let you know when the stock you have ordered will be due, or advise a replacement where applicable
   
   
4. Payment
   
   You can pay by credit card or cheque to “the Wash Co.”. Please write your cheque guarantee number and expiry date and home address on the back of the cheque. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro (switch). We do not accept American Express or Diners club.
   
   
5. Products
   
   Products colour may vary slightly from the screen, or printed material due to televisual or print effects. A genuine production item has been photographed for each image. Dimensions are measured from the widest point.
   
   
6. Legal Liability
   
   Subject to your statutory rights, The Wash Co’s legal liability, however caused, shall not exceed the selling price plus postage of the goods (and postage of returns). The Wash co shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or any other fault on our part. Baylis & Harding plc (t/a The Wash Co.) is the legal vendor in all matters concerning this contract.
